Anyway, I'm off to work and have morning shift tomorrow, so there's not even a legal minimum of time for rest. Apparently that will change next month and these kind of shift changes can not happen unless we give our consent. But I'm not sure... I hope I'll have time to ask someone for more information. But that would be a good thing as these shifts are really murderous.
