Rainclouds

An autumnal day, with on and off rain all day. Slightly cooler, too. 

This is the view from our Eastern roof window. Between the other houses you get a glimpse of Mainz on the other side of the Rhine.

I started working on my next project, and made soup from the first Red Hokkaido squash of the season. Not one from our own garden, sadly - the plants I had grown from seed this spring got eaten by slugs.
