2 today!

Happy birthday!
You've had a great day and a great year!
I started this as a diary for you - so here's the 2 year sit rep
You are very empathic - always kiss and cuddle when someone is hurt - you love babies and animals and tv! (Although ur not allowed to watch much) peppa and gruffalo are still ur faves
You know all you colours - and tell me them incessantly! And you can count to 10 - although u sometimes skip 7 and go straight to 9
You eat well - love veg especially sweet corn - live pasta and spuds - but not so keen on meat
You hate sharing at the moment - but your getting better.. You did your 3rd poo on a potty today (and a 4th) but we haven't really done much potty training so I don't think you'll take long once you do - you sleep 12 hrs a night on your own but need mum or dad to settle you to sleep - once asleep you sleep alone
- once the roof is finished you'll be in your own bed and mum and dad can go back into their own beds instead of on sofa/spare bed!
You talk loads and do lots of copying - but go much quieter when ppl are around - you are funny and have started to say 'oh god' regularly when u drop something - naughty mummy
You have a lisp and say lots of words in your own way! Especially gruffalo, orange and yellow - but lots of words need deciphering
You are quite stubborn but will try and help or cooperate - but only if asked nicely - quite right!
Today you got very excited about your presents, even socks! and you enjoyed playing with all your toys - after we went to pick your own fruit farm and u ate strawbs/raspb/gooseberry (which u called hedgehogs) tayberries loganberries and blackcurrants - then we had a nap in the car before Cerys, James, Freya, Lucy, Ethan and Alex came over - we had balloons, bubbles, toys, masks, party bags, food, cake, pool, sand and generally baby heaven (and mummy's liked it too - beer and contented babies!)
Anyway - we all had a great time and so did u (although a bit shy when we sang u happy birthday!) I've had an amazing 2 years with you - and somehow love you more each day
