Welcome to Surrey

This bus pass adventure is to visit the remaining two English counties. I picked out Redhill as a convenient place to stay on my first night. I didn’t have any great expectations of the place, so I wasn’t disappointed. My hotel has a penthouse bar and the views of the surrounding countryside are beautiful which makes me optimistic for the bus ride across the county tomorrow. I got a train from Sheffield to London to kick start my trip. Getting from St Pancras to here was very straightforward thanks to Transport for London - just 3 buses, all of which linked seamlessly.
