Along to Pilates first thing, a good session and beginning to like this new instructor. 
Then home to wait for a call from the Universal Credit folk, for a review. Was so nervous, but turns out this was a precursor to the actual review. I am being asked to get 4 months of bank statements downloaded and uploaded to my UC journal and upload a selfie and photo id. Then when I've done that an hours review call will be arranged. Am a bit scared where this is going. 

I needed a walk after digesting this and working out how to do these things. I walked along the front and got to Wardie Bay and the flowers caught my eye. Scott Hastings (of Scotland Rugby fame) wife deliberately  lost her life to the sea last week; her body was found further along in SQ. I really feel for her and having these thoughts myself at times find her incredibly brave.
