Mixed Feelings

This morning the postman brought an envelope containing details of this year's Christmas Cards from 'ben' (The Motor and Allied Trades Benevolent Fund) - a charity I have always supported.
The Christmas Cards are beyond excellent with superb highly detailed paintings of my great interest - motor vehicles.  I enjoy seeing what they have on offer and then I enjoy having the actual cards in my hands when the postman delivers them.
They are always the first to directly inform me of the approaching seasons, which means that Summer is now behind us (did we have one?)  Mixed feelings.....
