Rare Retro Camera Gem?

Seen in a charity shop today, inside the glass cabinet of special items.
The camera snob in me laughs at its slow f6.3 lens, its fixed focus, non removable lens, its fake prism when it only has an off center viewfinder.

But it can still probably take a photo, and if this is all you have to use, and your in the right place at the right time it could take the best picture ever seen.
