Autumn colours

Yesterday when I woke up I had a very sore wrist and hand. I had no strength in it and couldn't  hold the car door. It got worse during the evening and was very sore even when I wasn't  moving it. I suffered it till bedtime and then took two paracetamol  tablets and when I woke this morning  it was a lot better and no pain.  I was going to do some gardening  but decided I would just rest the hand.
