Back to work! Had a reply from the IT company, we are getting there but there seem to be problems at every turn. Today I'm wondering how it is acceptable to think we can email an invoice without reference to what exact what we are invoicing for on the invoice or with a blank email. Hopefully I'll have some answers tomorrow! Did manage a good phone catch up with a friend somewhere along the line though.
