Job completed.

A bit of an emergency blip.  On Friday we took the car in to the garage so while out doing other jobs we collected it.

Later in the week we will need the trailer and over the years the plate holding the electric socket has been bent a few times and rust set in.  Eventually it gave way.  No problem whip the ball off and fit another.  Wrong!  No amount of penetrating oil or leverage would move the nuts.

So it was a question of grind off the bolts and fit new.  Fortunately I had bought new ones as it is good practice not to reuse the bolts.  So the blip is a scattering of "the fragments that remain" and some tools.
