home again last night….the photo shows a bit of how things are a bit unclear…..
the carer last night came at 7, but the morning call is 11 am….that means breakfast at 11….and dinner at 12…….
they promised 3 times care, but i only get twice….

i have been walking quite a bit and tomorrow the physio comes to help me improve so i can start healing….Ashwood care brought a warm meal, and made me a wonderful cuppa and did the dishes….that’s probably the highlight of the day…..:)

my new hip doesn’t give me pain, only my torn thigh muscle…….
