Up up and away

We finally made it. Takeoff was about 20 minutes late, apparently due to weather conditions. We were told there would be turbulence after we took off, but I did not notice anything special.

As usual, there was a long queue at immigration in Amsterdam. We arrived at Malpensa a few minutes early, and finally got to the apartment at 1;40 p.m.

It was raining when we left Aberdeen, but brilliant sunshine at Lake Como, temperature around 26°, so very present. Thinking about going down to the lake for a light dinner this evening.
