Timber

Wanting a break I took my camera for a walk on Tewkesbury canal bank at the nature reserve there. The storms of last night had brought down an uncoppiced willow right across the path and onto the far bank over the water. 

Everything otherwise was quiet and totally uneventful and uninteresting apart from a few swifts that flew over briefly. 

We still now have water leaking through the bedroom ceiling. The guy did the best he could giving up his Sunday but it is now looking like we'll have to have a huge job done on it. The bucket is in situ.

Millie still has to take it easy though frankly she doesn't realise this at any point. She launched herself into the pond which I was horrified at with her stitches but all is well as we are a week on now. I've been on YouTube for dog training lessons hoping there might be a few things we can do better because we need to. 

A school friend of Hubs dropped in for coffee which was lovely and got me away from the accounts for a while.
