Garden treasures

Went out this evening and had a check to see how everything is coming along in the garden.

As you can see the Blackcurrents are coming on splendidly, picked quite a few of those. So happy about this as its my first time I've grown a fruit bush! It's now 3 years old and is very much taking over the right side of my garden.

Then we have tomatoes coming through and the apple trees are coming along well. There's a few plums on the tree but I don't think it's going to be a good year for my plum tree, I think the late frost got it. I also have a few chilli plants and strawberries (which I have already had 2 strawberries from) that could be doing better but hopefully will perk up soon.

I hear there has been quite a bit about the heat in the news recently. I do feel for people who are at risk and hope all is well with my fellow blippers but you won't catch me moaning about this weather, I moan when I'm freezing enough times in the year, so I'm not going to moan now! :o)

Ps still haven't got round to catching up with everyone's blips. I don't like to do it on my iPhone, Inlike to view them all on my laptop, so I'm waiting for a time I can sit down and can have a rummage threw them all. You will be hearing from me soon! Xx
