Shinrin-yoku
Forest bathing - a process of relaxation. "This is a Japanese practice of being calm and quiet amongst the trees, observing nature around you, focusing on sensory engagement, whilst breathing deeply."
You will often experience komorebi* (sunlight streaking through the trees) while partaking in shinrin-yoku.
* Thank you Serious Frolic for that word
~ Kaleidoscopic...Photos cannot properly convey the girth, the height of these redwood trees.
