Battersea Power Station

We had a day out by coach to see this famous building which has been transformed into a tourist destination, shopping centre and home for many in the adjacent apartment blocks.

Very interesting and memorable, especially the ride up to the top of one of "the chimneys", 109 metres high, for a 360 degrees view over London. (see extra)
