Delicate Arch

The first operation was today.  It was supposed to last 90 minutes.  It lasted 3 and a half hours.

There was a change of plan in that the doctor could not pull the superheated catheter through the vein so they decided to pull the whole thing out.  Not a particularly pleasant experience.

There was a question of would I like to see what they pulled out of my leg?  No thanks.

The leg is now strapped up.  There is no pain but my goodness, I bled a lot.

I have an appointment tomorrow (at 8 am) to check that every thing is ok.

That was exhausting.
