Bee

A day on contrasts - particularly with the weather. It ranged from hail, wind, rain, driving rain, right through to sunshine.

I reckon this was one of the very few insects that were flying today, and I was so pleased to get a bee with my phone.  It was taken on a 5 x zoom with the phone.

We visited Samlesbury Hall (near Preston) with fellow blippers KathB and Thrika - had a wonderful time in an extraordinary place - free entry no less.

It was a great day, and thanks for our fellow blippers for meeting up with us.
