A brief visit

We have managed some sunshine today, though the strong northerly wind is rather bracing!

Spotted this beauty from the kitchen ..... grabbed the camera & went into the garden in the hope of getting a photo.

Lovely to see a Painted Lady in the garden again .... not seen one since July.

It obligingly settled on the gravel & waited until I had taken this :-)

Pleased it is due to warm up over the next couple of days ... not ready for winter temperatures yet! Had to put the heating on last evening!
