Little chrysanthemums

A frustrating morning in Kingston…John Lewis car park closed as they were testing the sprinklers so I had to use the Bentalls one for the first time in about 10 years! 
Spent some time in the phone shop sorting a new one…always seems to take ages but a very helpful young man who has come to the U.K. from Kerala in southern India…he was very surprised that I had been there!
I discovered that the M and S has had a makeover and so I couldn’t find things in the  usual places. Needed to get some winter pyjamas as so chilly last night and this morning!

Later I went to Homebase  and a local garden centre for compost and some plants. I’m not really a fan of chrysanthemums but the geraniums in my balcony containers are finished so need something else. In previous years I have had cyclamen or pansies but neither of them do well in wet weather. These are quite small plants with small flowers so we will see how they do.
