Putting the holes into Beigels

First thing this morning I took my neighbour to A&E because she'd damaged her back.

I now know how the NHS are reducing patient numbers. St Mary's Hospital is very nearly inaccessible by car. Plus it is only signposted when you get very close. So if you don't know London you are stuck!

Patient delivered I went on to my appointments in the East End. This also involved visiting the Beigel Bake for a possible shoot.

It was massively busy as always but very cosy in the autumn air. I brought Paula back a salt beef beagle with pickle and mustard. It didn't help her back but did seem to cheer her up!
