Morning shadows

We were out walking before 7am.  It was a fresh, sunny morning.  

I've had a busy day. Charity shop drop, shopping at wholefood shop, market, supermarket and Waterstone's to buy a present for my brother.  Back home wrapped present and cycled to nearby post office to post it.  

Quick lunch when it poured.  Sorted a pine chest in our hallway.  Lots of jigsaw puzzles for charity now.  Found a safe home for my large sketchbooks and drawing books.

Rain stopped for a second dog walk in sparkling sunshine.

Made a green risotto with kale, leek, green beans, parsley and dill. 

Nearly the blue boy's bedtime.  His grey colour is called blue.
