Netwalk in the morning with Sharon, Giles and Claire.
The yoga as I was too late to do it before.
Then Neil texted from Rio that the flights are down.
So we quickly booked our November flights to Rio.
Whoohoooo!!!
2.5 weeks in the sun!

Then I walked very briskly to my appointment with Janine in Sandyford.
She is just so overly lovely and helpful.
I walked back home over the post office and had a relaxed coffee at 1841 before finally heading hom.

I am in the run up to a Masterclass and launch next week and tried to catch up with the chores in the evening.
Went to bed far too late again.
