Princes Square

I met Marc in Glasgow today and bought him a birthday lunch. We didn’t know where to go so had a wander first. We walked past TGI Fridays, not somewhere I’ve been before bit we looked at the menu - hardly anything vegan for me except a veggie burger in a bun with salad - £18.95!
No thank you! Then we came across Princes Square where I had been before when Amelia was a toddler. There’s a family run Italian which looked nice. I had a lovely vegan penne pesto dish with broccoli and peppers and Marc had a bolognaise. The staff were lovely and the interior of the building is lovely. 
Then we had another wander before I had to catch my train.
My connection was in Lancaster but the train from Glasgow was 2 minutes late and I missed it. I went to the station office and there wasn’t another train to Hellifield so they had to provide a taxi. This has happened to me a couple of times previously. The taxi driver was a nice woman from Latvia.
Bella was so excited to see me, her whole body was wagging!
