new recipe

As I am cooking for visitors in a few days, I decided to try a new recipe. Since the weather is hot and sunny I thought I woulld conjure up a taste of Italy with this pasta dish "Gianfottere salad." It really captured the mood of the moment with its beautiful colourful vegetables.

It was very tasty, and fairly easy to make, so hopefully will be a hit with everyone.
