There''d been some rain overnight and after a cool and overcast morning it was a lovely afternoon.  Air smelled good.  More rain came in the evening.

This morning the technician arrived to fix the oven.  Thank goodness that's done.  More to do...

Got word after dinner that the roofing is done.  Can you believe it?  I can't.  Now the wait for the city inspection.
