Birmingham Library

Back blip: last Saturday. The library is not as well maintained as it deserves to be mainly due to financial constraints that Birmingham City Council are facing. Nevertheless, it is a beautiful library and provides aerial views of the city from the top floor which has a garden and a viewing gallery.
