A time to sing

Today we sang again for Lorna and David - this time at Lorna’s funeral, which was really a celebration of her life. I knew her best as a member of our choir, the Cairn Chorus,and we will miss her tonight when we start our new term of rehearsals.

May the road rise up to meet you,
May the wind be at your back,
May the sun shine down upon you
In the morning.

And when the way is rough and hard,
Bruising souls, breaking hearts,
Home will be there to fold you to her
In the evening.
