Supermarket this morning and bumped into two people I know as soon as I walked through the door.  After that I whipped round in no time and once again spent less than online.

I usually have my lunch in the conservatory watching Loose Women, and had just sat down when the heavens opened and we were bombarded with big hailstones and I was driven into the lounge.  I didn’t really want to watch it with sub-titles.

More details on my NHS account.  Calcium levels should be between 2.2-2.6 and my latest blood test says it is 2.48, so well within the parameters.  Drinking more water has made all the difference.
