Heading home.

We parted company with our Australian friends after breakfast and not sure when we will be able to see them again. ( Mike’s sister is married to Mrs AMK’s brother who lives in Hong Kong) . Perhaps another family occasion .

A few miles from Grasmere I couldn’t resist stopping at a roadside parking spot and taking a last picture of the Lake District landscape. We will certainly return to this area in the future I hope.

On the way home we stopped off in Biggar to see our friends of well over 50 years and had lunch with them .
