I just took pictures of the duckules as they swam about in the middle of the afternoon.

We had an exciting evening: we drove to Snodland to collect two rats from a family that can no longer look after them. Extraordinary weather slowed our journey with rain and hail so heavy that there were hailstone-capped rivers down the sides of the motorway (before a crash closed the opposite carriageway). The dramatic skies and precipitation of the outward journey were more amusing than the hidden lakes (in dips and valleys) that slowed our return journey.

Gus (Clunio) and Midge (Congeniality) made it well worth the effort! Pics soon.
