ADDITION TO MEDS .

This is addition to Oral Mophine, still not very effective,still just carry on.
Cancelled hairdressers again , receptionist got me a couple of things that weren't available at Waitrose, so kind of her.⁰ my nieghbour popped in for a wee chat ( she's ill too )so grateful she took the time.phone call from daughter C , daughter K is away this weekend, phone to & from A who isn't here this week.
Not much else happened just hope I can get a better night .
