Full of colour

I had a long awaited dog walk with some friends this morning. 4 of us wandered round and round the park trying to catch up from the summer weeks. I love these 3. I’m hoping we can grow old together.

Then onto work. Obviously I’m learning each day but it’s a huge learning curve and actually, unusually, I don’t want to know a lot. I want to be helpful but I don’t want to be consumed.

A benefit from this job though is that it’s 10 minutes from the HYMB lake so in I went. It’s getting chilly again and as I’m still not totally well, I didn’t want the chill to set in so I didn’t swim for long. A couple of laps.

Home to prepare for tomorrow morning and to get a room ready for another overnight guest.
