Sedbergh Bookclub

After a break of 5 months, where the book being read by our group had not been available in audio, we finally have a book I can ‘read’. And before you think ’why doesn’t she tell Cumbria Libraries’, I have, but they don’t take any notice. I normally only miss the odd one, but this year we were allocated 5 books in a row that are not available in audio. But back to the book. The best thing was that it was read by Lenny Henry :-) A sad story with lots of amusing moments and a happy ending. Most of the group liked it, but one of our members hated it. It’s always good to have a different viewpoint expressed. It makes for a more interesting discussion.
