Blazing Hot

Alternate title, SP: Inthecity combusts on a July afternoon

It's freakishly hot; it's like an oven. By 8am I was drenched and cancelled this evening's web team meeting. By 10, everyone had responded with "omg thanks!" So tonight I'm chilling out back. I've many drinks in various stages of cooling. The kitties are camped under the pansies.

Backblip. Tuesday night my friend treated me to the björk concert at Echo Beach! What a treat and what a show! That chick is substantively wacky. She puts it all out there. We love you forever, björk!

That venue is stunning. Planes flying in and out of the Island Airport, just across the channel. Plus the full city skyline. If you get a chance to see a show down there, it's great.
