It's Abstract Thursday!

Today's optional theme,  set by our host Ingeborg, is 'Natural'.  As one who loves to be 'creative' with various editing programmes I don't find this very easy and this is as natural as I can get!
I had lunch and a catch up  with my friend C today and in the car park, before I went home, I snapped some blackberries in various stages of ripeness with my phone.
This evening Mr MC enjoyed clear liquids only as he has his colonoscopy tomorrow.  I had a couple of slices of pizza then we both had quite an early night in readiness for tomorrow's early start.
