Blue Sky

A cold morning that grew warmer and sunnier as the day progressed, I had a twenty minute drive to Newent town, Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire (England UK) for a walk around the lovely market town in the sunshine.

Taking a longer route home via Boulsdon I spotted this horse in a field with puffy white clouds and blue sky behind and stopped to take a photo' and enjoy the scenery.

Back home, the lawns were dry enough to cut so out can the lawnmower and strimmer. With the sun blazing I enjoyed an hour sat outside with a coffee and reading.

We've been invited to our next door neighbour tonight for drinks and nibbles. A nice way to welcome in the weekend.  Enjoy yours!
