Riverside

This afternoon I went across the river to Archbrook. This is the little bay with the pencil poplar tree that you have probably seen in the photos I often take from my deck. I could see that the tide was in and the water looked calm. I changed the habits of the last few years and took my tripod with me. 

I enjoyed a pleasant 45 minutes walking around the foreshore and got several images that I'm quite pleased with but the reflections on this one clinched it. The smoothness is enhanced by a six second exposure.
