Went for chicken & salad on a flat bread - really fresh & herby. Foot debrided & it’s much smaller & the healing word used. Antibiotics in - home to a lovely clean house as the cleaners had been. Otherwise a gentle day as the debride was a tiring one !! The last few weeks extras seem to be working
