Appley Bridge Station

I drove to Appley Bridge (5 mins) to get the train to Bolton. I had an appointment with the osteopath and the podiatrist. I have been having trouble with my foot it is so painful when walking across my toes especially if my feet are cold. I had an x ray and was told there was nothing. I told Vlad and straight away he said flexor digitalis longus. It is a muscle down the front of the shin. When he pressed on it the pain was awful. At least I know now and with massage it will ease. The podiatrist said the same thing.
The photo is the old station which was a pub and closed in 2017. When I first moved here there was a cafe in the building that is long gone.
