Summer Fruits

This is the the first summer that I have got any real "crop" from my Redcurrant bushes (well I suppose that it is the first real summer that we have had for the past 6 years).

Not a technically challenging picture I know, but the physical challenges of crawling on the garden path trying to avoid either leaf shadow or my shadow whilst fending-off the energetic inquisitive attentions of a large puppy were another story!

Now that I have captured these in a photograph I am looking forward to capturing them in an edible context.
