The snow is melting …..

….. ….. ….. but more is forecast for tomorrow.
I cleared the snow from the south side of my house & driveway, not wanting more to fall on top of it.
Lake Hayes was looking lovely today and it was quite a warm day too.

A friend & I went and saw an amazing documentary about the restoration of the Christchurch Town Hall following the February 22 ‘11 earthquake, plus the following earthquakes. Both M. & I were there in Christchurch that day, and weren’t expecting to be plunged into images of the aftermath! Although it was quite a shock seeing it all on the screen, it was worth it and we were really pleased to see how it all ended.
