Last night I realised at about 9pm that I should really bake the cake I promised Rachel. Ended up being quite a late night as it wasn’t exactly a quick bake… then I forgot to set my alarm so Matt’s woke me up (an hour later than mine). The cake and I managed to only be 10 minutes late to work which I thought was quite impressive.

We had a slice each in the office then Rachel took the rest home for her dad and brother. As I’m backblipping I can report that it didn’t last until the weekend.
