Back to school for me today.

My old school opened up the tower and the old buildings to look round today for Heritage Open Weekend. Last time I set foot here was in 1989 and I've never been all the way to the top of the tower. Ace views of the Charnwood Forest.

They had some info panels in a timeline from the school's history and there was one snap from 1985 when the whole school went on two trains to London. I took an iPhone snap of it [in the extra]. I remember that trip. I can't possibly imagine that you could charter two whole trains these days?
