Saturday

Thanks for all your kind words yesterday. I'm happy to say that as the day progressed, I gradually recovered my equilibrium and managed a short walk to the supermarket, and this afternoon,  some gardening. It was warm and sunny, and just too nice to be sat indoors. Just a glimpses through the trees, as I walked back through the little wood this morning. 
Strictly is back tonight, and as usual I  hardly know any of the contestants. I'll still enjoy it though!
