Ailsa Craig (Paddy's Milestone)

We slept a bit late this morning, and so had a bit of a pottering morning.  Did manage to do a bit of cooking for the freezer, and Bob did some work in the downstairs loo, which needed some paintwork.

The weather didn't look too good, and we thought of staying home, but decided to chance a trip to the coast.  We went to Maidens, and I had a good walk while Bob had a shorter one.  Our usual cafe, Rope, was closed for a private event, so we went a little along the coast to another coffee shop Bob knew about.  I had a lovely piece of Carrot Cake!  And while there I took the shot of Ailsa Craig, with a bit of light coming in from the south.

Looking forward with interest to the launch of 'Strictly Come Dancing'.  After all the publicity, most of it negative, it will be interesting to see what they come up with for the 20th year anniversary!
