Butterflies and rats

This morning I went to the craft fair at the castle but there wasnothing to my taste.

I had a walk around and was a very tatty speckled wood butterfly. Then i spotted a rat.  There are often rats seen around the castle as visitors feed the ducks.  Then another came out of the moat and joined it.  

This afternoon I did a bit in the garden and spotted the Red Admiral butterfly basking in the sunshine on my sweet pea cane.  The sun brings the creatures out!
