Bye bye wild Corsica

Breakfast farewells then into town for a day touristing before my evening ferry. Best laid plans and all that I spent most of the morning at cafe du Port trying to figure out what to do about my trains home after the ferry advised of a 2hrs delay (aftermath of Thursday’s winds). Anyway I still had a good afternoon in the museum and old fort reflecting on the history of Corsica and its strategic position in the Mediterranean. Now sending this as we finally sail away from Corsica.
