National Lacemaking Day

Day spent at a local-ish garden centre (Henry Street), raising awareness of bobbin lacemaking.  We had a great spot, in the busy restaurant area, so lots of people looking and stopping to chat.  A few people “had a go” - everyone says. “I can’t do that it’s too difficult”. The reply is always - if you can count to 4 then you can, it’s just like knitting with two main stitches.  

No film tonight as it was the first one of strictly and wanted to see who everyone was and ….. who they were paired with.
