Sleepy Cherryblossom

Evanton.

Not very big is it?! Just out of shot there's a Spar (well, Scot-mid, but it'll always be 'The Spar' to us) on the left and a Post Office on the right and yeah apart from a pub and a tiny hairdressers that's about it!
Outside the Spar there's a bench where the local 'characters' sit. The man who always called me "ZOE!" seems to have moved on after a good 20 years of being parked there with a can of Special. (my name isn't Zoe btw! but whenever he saw mum or dad he'd ask after Zoe, how's Zoe doing? how's she getting on in Edinburgh? could you get me a can? Zoe would have got me one. I'd like to point out I never did! whenever we went past in the car he'd leap up and be waving after us shouting ZOE! ZOE!) He's been replaced by someone less vocal but equally sozzled looking. Across the road there's always a butch of kids on bikes by the bus stop. The bus is a rare sight!
But you'd be surprised how busy it is here. This bit of road is packed with cars coming and going in the late afternoon and everyone seems to stop at the shop for something and bump into someone they know. It's that kind of place.
